🌊 Float Spa Guidelines
Our float spa offers an unmatched sensory reset, but to get the most out of your experience and protect the integrity of our float tanks, please follow these important guidelines:
Before You Float:
Arrive fully showered, with no makeup, lotions, deodorant, perfumes, or hair products
Do not float if:
You’ve recently dyed your hair (wait until the color is fully set and not bleeding)
You have a fresh shave or open cuts (the salt water will sting)
You are on your menstrual cycle
You’ve used spray tans or self-tanners within the past few days
After Your Float:
The high magnesium salt content will remain on your skin—please plan to shower at home to rinse thoroughly.
Hyperbaric Chamber Guidelines
Our hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes and are designed to deeply support healing, cellular regeneration, and performance recovery.
Important Reminders:
No electronics are allowed inside the chamber. This includes phones, smartwatches, and tablets.
Please dress comfortably in loose, breathable clothing.
Bringing a book is highly recommended. We also provide light reading material if you'd prefer to travel light.
